Members & roles
A workspace can have many members, each with a role that controls their permissions. Roles keep collaboration safe — everyone gets the access they need and nothing they don’t.

- Admin — full control of the workspace: billing, members, API keys, and all content.
- Member — can create and edit content (chats, agents, intel, knowledge, files) but can’t manage billing or members.
- Viewer — read‑only. Can view content but can’t create, edit, or run actions that modify data.
Inviting teammates
Section titled “Inviting teammates”- As an admin, open your workspace members settings.
- Invite a teammate by email.
- Assign a role — member for collaborators, viewer for stakeholders who only need visibility.
Changing roles & removing members
Section titled “Changing roles & removing members”Admins can change a member’s role or remove them at any time from the members settings.
Roles and the API
Section titled “Roles and the API”Workspace API keys are created and managed by admins, and act with admin privileges. Treat them like credentials. See API authentication.
