Data & privacy

This page explains how MixerLead AI handles the data you put into the platform and the controls you have over it.

To provide the service, MixerLead stores:

  • Account & workspace data — your profile, members, roles, and plan.
  • Your content — conversations, agents, intel, artifacts, brand profile, and files.
  • Knowledge sources — the documents, URLs, and crawled pages you add, plus their indexed representations used for retrieval.
  • Operational metadata — usage counts and timestamps needed for limits, billing, and reliability.

Your data is scoped to your workspace and is not shared with other workspaces. Within a workspace, projects keep clients, brands, or campaigns separated.

Clear

Remove your data when you no longer need it.

Delete knowledge

Delete individual knowledge sources and their indexed content at any time.

Delete account

Permanently delete your account from Account settings.

MixerLead runs on Cloudflare’s global network. Your content, files, and indexes are stored using Cloudflare’s storage services and served from the edge. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS.

MixerLead uses AI models to generate responses. Content you submit for an AI action (a prompt, an attachment, or a knowledge passage used for grounding) is processed to produce that response. MixerLead does not sell your data.
