Workspaces & projects

MixerLead organizes everything into workspaces and projects. Getting this structure right keeps context clean and your team aligned.

A workspace is your team’s tenant — it owns members, billing, knowledge, files, and all content. Data is fully isolated between workspaces.

  • You get a workspace automatically when you sign up.
  • A workspace has a plan and a credit balance.
  • You can belong to more than one workspace and switch between them.

Use the workspace control in the app to switch between workspaces you belong to, or create a new one for a separate team or organization.

A project is a scope inside a workspace. Use projects to keep different clients, brands, or campaigns cleanly separated.

What's project‑scoped

Conversations, agents, tracked competitors, and intel events are organized by the active project.

What's workspace‑wide

Members, billing, plan, the brand profile, and storage are shared across the whole workspace.

Use the project switcher in the sidebar. The active project determines what you see and where new work is saved.

  1. Open the project switcher in the sidebar.
  2. Select an existing project, or create a new one.
  3. Work normally — new conversations, agents, and intel are saved to that project.
