Brand setup
Your brand profile is the single most important thing you can set up in MixerLead. It’s injected as grounding context into chat, agents, intel, and skills — so output matches your positioning and voice automatically, without you re‑explaining your company every time.
What’s in a brand profile
Section titled “What’s in a brand profile”- Company name — who you are.
- Value proposition — what you do and why it matters.
- Tone of voice — how you sound (e.g. “Confident, plain‑spoken, no hype”).
- Target markets / ICP — who you sell to.
Set it up
Section titled “Set it up”- Open Settings → Brand Setup (or visit /settings/brand).
- Fill in the fields above. Be specific — concrete details produce sharper, more on‑brand output.
- Save. Your profile takes effect across the platform right away.
How it’s used
Section titled “How it’s used”When you run a chat, agent, intel module, or skill, MixerLead automatically adds your brand profile as context. That’s why a prompt like “write three launch angles” returns angles in your voice for your audience — no extra context needed.
