To help us resolve things quickly, include:

• What you were doing and what you expected to happen.
• What happened instead (exact error messages help).
• The feature involved (e.g. AI Chat, Knowledge Base, the API).
• Your workspace context and roughly when it happened.
• For API issues: the endpoint, HTTP status code, and any error message — but never share your full API key.

Never share secrets

Don’t include API keys, passwords, or other secrets in a support message or screenshot. If you think a key is exposed, delete it and create a new one — see Authentication.
